What You\'ll Do: Take ownership of product assembly processes, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Analyze labor variances and implement corrective actions. Address production non-conformances promptly and recommend process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop innovative solutions. Create and update process documentation, deviations, and work instructions. Apply 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles to daily tasks. Collaborate with the Lean Manufacturing Team and production leadership on process enhancements. Assist in designing and recommending process-related tooling. Advanced Assembly, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Associate\'s Degree in Electronics, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Hands-on experience in manufacturing, including soldering (SMT and Thru-Hole), testing, repair, and programming. Familiarity with IPC Workmanship Standards and ISO Quality Standards (preferred). CAD (electrical/mechanical) design experience a plus. Commitment to safe production practices and adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.
