This position is remote in Memphis TN
Under limited supervision, upholds the integrity of real estate portfolio data for large, complex portfolio of clients. Inputs, maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Prepares, processes and reconciles AR & AP transactions to ensure accurate and current lease information is maintained.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Fast paced work environment with competing deadlines; a person in this role will be expected to triage and respond promptly to multiple requests (Landlords, tenants, property managers, etc.) coming from multiple sources. Invoice processing; lease interpretation; resolve payment issues; aging collections; account reconciliation; maintain lease database (CoStar); vendor maintenance.
Resolves critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms and other relevant items. Establishes and maintains working relationship with clients and/or landlords.
Tracks payables and receivables associated with the leases in portfolio. Processes client rent rolls utilizing the database. Prepares export files and sends to accounting for payables processing.
Reviews incoming invoices for errors/accuracy with lease document and ensures correct coding.
Prepares and distributes periodic and ad hoc reports in a timely, accurate manner. Designs reports utilizing various report writers, Excel, Word, and/or Access. Reviews standard reports prepared by team members for accuracy, if needed or directed.
Performs annual operating expense reconciliations, monitors audit windows and audit requirements contained in the lease documents.
Creates and maintains client lease files ensuring they contain current, accurate information.
Performs other duties as assigned.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school degree or general education degree required plus a minimum of four years related work experience, preferably including commercial property management or accounting. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures and conduct financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Ability to work well under pressure. Advanced organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and readily adapt to changing priorities.

Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Analyst position is $21.87 per hour and the maximum salary for the Lease Admin Analyst position is $31.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
