Under general direction, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge within the organization. This role will work closely with IT and service teams to support the identification of knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. Assist in the identification of knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. Work with IT teams to capture and store knowledge in a centralized repository.
