Under general direction, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge within the organization. This role will work closely with IT and service teams to support the identification of knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. How you\'ll create opportunities in this IT Knowledge Management Associate role: Support the development and implementation of IT knowledge management strategies and processes. Assist in the identification of knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. Work with IT teams to capture and store knowledge in a centralized repository. Maintain a centralized knowledge management system to organize and share information across the organization. Support the collaboration with various departments and teams to identify knowledge management needs and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
