JOB REQUIREMENTS: Financial Counselor - Transplant - 28930 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled shifts are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid remote position. We are seeking a Financial Counselor - Transplant to: * Serve as the point of contact for the financial aspect of transplant care, including government programs assistance, clarifying transplant benefits, and counseling regarding other costs related to transplant . * Gather all relevant information required to process financial assistance requests. Document all communication and follow up in the electronic medical record (EMR).
