JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: We have exciting opportunities for Dental Hygienists in Madison, WI. This is a full-time position with patient hours, offering a competitive wage starting at \$38.50+ per hour (based on experience) and a generous \$10,000 signing bonus. As a Dental Hygienist, your primary role will involve examining patients for signs of oral diseases, such as gingivitis, and providing preventative care during dental visits. You will also play a crucial role in educating patients about dental hygiene to help them maintain optimal oral health. The position involves one-hour recall appointments. The office is a widely respected leader in the community, with seven locations strategically positioned to serve our patients in and around the Madison area. Key Responsibilities: Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, evaluating/treating periodontal disease, placing sealants, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management. Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth Perform oral cancer screenings. Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS utilizing available technology. Providing dental health education about tooth and gum care Maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Shift: Mon 7:30-4:30 Tue 7:30-4:30 Wed Closed Thu 7:30-4:30 Fri 7:30-4 Requirements: Registered Dental Hygienist License Anesthesia Certification CPR 1 year of experience is preferred but will consider a new graduate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with computer technology. Passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
