The Construction Project Manager II will serve as the lead project manager on mid-sized projects while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex projects. Key responsibilities include:
Driving project success through effective cost control and risk mitigation.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality spaces that meet performance expectations.
Upholding commitments by managing project schedules and overseeing safety efforts.
Strengthening relationships with clients and subcontractors to promote long-term collaboration.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
Four years of experience in commercial construction, with prior project management experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with Procore is a plus.
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
Strong analytical capabilities paired with effective negotiation skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
A high level of initiative and a passion for continuous learning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
