BETTER TOGETHER The Clinical Operations Project Manager advises on and supports the coordination of the implementation of new initiatives, policies, protocols and systems related to Clinical Operations process improvement for GHC-SCW. The Clinical Operations Project Manager will support and guide clinical leadership in their roles to exact/influence change initiatives in the clinical environment. Under the direction, guidance, and supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Clinical Operations Project Manager will participate in enterprise-wide projects and initiatives designed to improve the clinical care experience, quality outcomes, and/or reduce costs, with an emphasis on initiatives that directly impact clinical operations. The Clinical Operations Project Manager applies knowledge of GHC-SCW clinical processes to collaboratively facilitate and align practice improvement initiatives and support process improvement discussions within the organization. The Clinical Operations Project Manager will utilize process improvement and/or Lean skills in project management execution. The position also evaluates issues, new programs, or other topics, and performs data collection and analysis activities to aid in the decision-making process and ongoing maintenance of quality initiatives. The position will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer and Clinical leaders to help provide guidance on key initiatives.
