Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for full category management and sourcing activities across various indirect categories. Develops and delivers on annual plan and areas of concentration delivering value creation and cost reduction for various indirect goods and services. Develops and maintains strong supplier relationships, ensures corporate integration of cost controls and policy compliance, leads cross functional collaboration, provides negotiation support, and drives total value improvements through corporate indirect spend. Supports cross functional departments with supplier negotiation, contract execution, purchase requisition training for services and indirect material spend. Facilitates cross-functional project implementation, controls, and training for indirect material sourcing activities, as well as providing related corporate-wide communication and direction. Collaborates cross-functionally to develop a pipeline for future projects for OPEX services and indirect spend. Effectively collaborates within the Supply Chain department to leverage the Company\'s ERP functionality as it relates to supply chain and logistics processes, and supplier performance through KPIs and dashboards that provide business intelligence. Collaborates with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams for supplier development, supplier surveillance, and monitoring performance metrics. Supports supplier data integrity, contributes to the development of process and procedures to support regulatory approvals QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred or Desired: Proven results leveraging strategic sourcing methodologies to deliver improvement and value across key indirect categories (i.e., Professional Services, Software, MRO, IT services, telecom, Logistics, Facilities, Fleet, Travel, temporary labor, engineering services, consulting) Solid understanding of all phases of the source to settle lifecycle, supplier relationship management, and contract management Understanding of and ability to...
