JOB REQUIREMENTS: Care Team Leader - Inpatient, Neonatal ICU - 35421 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 90% FTE, 12 hour evening/night shifts, including weekends. We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Care Team Leader (CTL) to: * Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team. * Analyze and resolve problems that fall outside the domain of the nurse clinician and collaborate with other departments and care providers. * Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
