JOB REQUIREMENTS: Care Team Leader - Access Center - 30310 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 75% FTE, evening/night shift, primarily 7:00pm 7:30am, including weekends and some holidays. Preferred Baccalaureate degree in Nursing. Work Experience: Minimum Two (2) years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit. Preferred Three (3) years of experience in an acute care inpatient unit Intermediate Care Experience.
