Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in driving the business analysis practices through setting up and conducting meetings, following up with business teams, and gathering robust and accurate requirements. A major part of this role involves asking insightful, provoking questions to help shape the requirements into a tangible reality.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements using tools such as Vizio and PowerPoint. • Drive proactive discussion with stakeholders to identify gaps, propose solutions, and help evolve requirements.
• Work on software & application projects, like ERP and software implementation, amongst others.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while being able to prioritize and stay organized.
• Lead meetings from scheduling through to follow-up and take the ownership in driving project discussions.
• Undertake business process mapping/designs for efficient operation.
Technical Environment:
The successful candidate will have experience with Vizio and will be part of our transition to ServiceNow. Familiarity with Microsoft Suite is also a plus.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Prior experience with Vizio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in leading and driving meetings and being an active participant in discussions to identify gaps and requirements.
• Proven expertise in handling multiple large-scale software and application projects at once.
• Exceptional knowledge and experience in business process mapping and design.
