Intel Brand Specialist (Training, Resourcing and Governance) in Madison, Wisconsin

Job Description

Intel's Brand Center of Excellence team, part of Intel’s larger global Brand, Creative, & Social group, is seeking a seasoned Brand Specialist to support the development and implementation of brand trainings, resourcing, and governance.

Brand, Creative, & Social is comprised of brand and marketing experts that share the common goal of helping tell Intel’s story of creating world-changing technology to improve the life of every person on the planet through a One Intel brand experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Execute Global Brand Training Programs: design, implement, and manage Intel requiredonlinetraining programs to transfer brand knowledge at scale. Inclusive of yearly refreshes to Intel’s corporate brandand product brands across the portfolio of silicon, software, and solutions.

  • Facilitate Brand Workshops and Training Sessions: conduct engaging virtual and in-personworkshops and training sessions to drive a hands-on learning environment, enabling employees, agencies, and vendors to apply foundational brand principles effectively in their respective roles.

  • Manage Internal Asset Publishing: drive the asset publishing and management process through channels such as the Intel Digital Library, to ensure all brand and creative assets, templates, and guideline are available for product, sales, marketing, and comms across the company and agency partners. Help ensure Intel assets are localized and global-ready for regional teams.

  • Create and Maintain Brand Resources : oversee the centralized Intel Brand Hub of interactive brand resources, templates, training content and process information that has critical business relevance for content creators, marketers and communicators across Intel.

  • Implement Modern Tools & Techniques for Global Governance: identify and manage new automated and AI-powered tools to support brand governance, standardization, and localization of foundational brand assets.

  • Support Brand Disclosure s : support all timelines, asset delivery and communications for new brand launchesand updates.

  • Drive Brand Advocacy: foster a culture of brand advocacy among employees by promoting a shared understanding of brand significance, encouraging enthusiasm of the brand, and showcasing examples of successful brand implementation.

  • Partner with Brand Analysis to implement measurement and evaluation of brand resources: establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand training initiatives, gather feedback, and continuously refine programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Manage I nternal Brand Communications Channels: utilize a mix of internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, weekly forums, etc.) to promote awareness of brand resources.

Ideal Candidates would have the following s kills :

  • Deep understanding of brand, internal communications channels, and how to transfer brand knowledge and resources at scale.

  • Exceptional project management skills to guide internal teams and agency partners through brand projects such as launch moments, brand reviews and resourcing for net-new content.

  • Willing to build and deliver strategic thinking for new and evolving trainings, resources and enhanced global governance tools.

  • Familiarity with various training delivery platforms, methods and technologies.

  • Willing to articulate strategies and visual design systems to a wide variety of audiences.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated experience and success in working with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and willing to create compelling presentation decks.

  • Work equally well in teams and independently.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • 7+ years of combined experience in:

  • Brand, marketing, communications, training, or related roles with a global focus.

  • Experience working with brand guidelines, brand resources, brand communications and/or brand training.

  • Experience working for or with highly matrixed,Fortune 100 brand(s).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $105,797.00-$175,105.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
