JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Wisconsin Surgical Outcomes Research Program (WiSOR) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our rapidly growing program. WiSOR is an interdisciplinary, multi-investigator research program that supports a wide variety of outcomes-focused research, including health care disparities, comparative effectiveness research, patterns of care, and performance and safety in surgical care. The mission of WiSOR is to improve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of surgical care through research and innovation. This position will play a vital role in advancing this mission. In addition to providing executive support to the WiSOR faculty directors, this position will provide general administrative support to WiSOR and the WiSOR Assistant Director. An ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, is able to prioritize, and is flexible to accommodate a fast-paced environment.
