PRIMARY FUNCTION Own the client relationship, managing all the sales requirements of any current or new projects. Function as a connection between client and design firm serving as an expert on the wide variety of ancillary products and pricing available. Depending on the needs of a project, provide product suggestions for the client and designer\'s approval. Provide the leadership for a high-preforming project/account team to continuously deliver against agreed upon expectations which includes flawless execution, maximizing productivity and utilizing resources to exceed our clients\' expectations. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct client meetings individually or in conjunction with Director to understand the client\'s business needs and relevant buying influences. Develop and present Atmosphere capabilities, innovative solutions and service offerings to clients. Coordinate the process, quality and content of all client bids and requests for proposals. Facilitate client requests for pricing, specifications, information and other service requirements. This can involve providing quotes, determining gross profits, negotiating pricing and terms, cost/benefit analysis, reviewing finishes and options.
