Insight Global Security Operations Manager in Madison, Tennessee
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Security Operations Manager to manage the Security divison. Responsibilities for the role include providing technical oversite for various commercial projects, developing project-based goals and initiatives, supervising performance of field staff, managing service and security sales department, and overseeing the delivery of various security installation projects. They must be organized, able to exercise effective time management skills, form good relationships with customer base to ensure proper delivery and feedback, as well as support the training of new staff.

Skills and Requirements
3-5 years of experience within the Security Industry
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Experience with Access control, CCTV, and Card reading product lines
ex: Honeywell, Openeye, Samsung etc.
Ability to establish strong customer relationships
Experience executing change orders
Ability to manage strict deadlines in accordance with project goals and needs - State specific licensing (NICET, Class D, Alarm Install)
Prior experience managing security teams (Lead installer, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator)
Experience completing OSHA logs for reporting null
