Plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization and the partners we serve. You will lead the development and execution of our talent assessment practices, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent assessment and development initiatives to ensure that the organization has the right people with the right skills in the right roles to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Global Head of Talent Strategy in shaping BMS' assessment strategy & philosophy
Develop and implement talent assessment and development practices, which includes identifying key competencies, designing assessment tools and development plans.
Manage all company talent assessments (e.g. 360s) and introduce new assessments where opportunities exist; ensure all processes around assessments are clear and well defined and continue to build BMS executive coaching capability to close gaps where needed
Partner with Learning teams to design and deliver development programs that accelerate the readiness of enterprise critical talent and talent cohorts
Evaluate the effectiveness of talent assessment and development programs to ensure that they are driving outcomes for organization and employees
Collaborate with other HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning, as well as talent and succession planning to ensure talent assessment and development capabilities are aligned and integrated
Responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent assessment and development to ensure that the organization is using the most effective methods and valid and reliable tools
Serves as product owner and manages external vendors related to assessment (i.e. leadership potential and capabilities assessments) and development (i.e. executive coaching and other top talent development initiatives)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Master's in I/O psychology preferred
7-12 years of experience in talent assessment and successor development
Proven experience in workforce, talent, and leadership development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Proven ability to flawlessly manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously

This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
