work hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
250 ton minster press
Experience in punch press set-up, die setting, and operation of single hit dies.
Proficiency in blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to trouble shoot punch press set up and single hit dies and perform minor repairs.
Experience with using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
Have the ability to move medium size dies for die set-in and die removal, and the ability to move medium size dies once on the bolster plate to align with the press.
Possess basic math skills and experience in quality control.
Safely and properly operate hand and motorized material handling equipment.
Knowledge and use of all safety equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
