Fast Track Region 6 Convenience Store Manager - Madison in MADISON, Florida

Provide consistent operations support, superior customer service, and control all company assets including cash in store inventory, while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, safe and friendly environment. Perform training and supervision Customer Sales Associates and all management level duties. Responsible for overall store operations and the administration of Company policies and procedures as they relate to established customer service goals and financial objectives. Standards:

  1. Demonstrate all of the qualities of an Assistant Manager on a consistent basis.
  2. Direct the day to day operations while maintaining the highest possible level of customer service.
  3. Manage overall sales performance, prepare detailed activity/bank logs, shift tracking and provide daily reports to corporate headquarters within two hours of store opening. Maintain daily shared spreadsheets of key performance items.
  4. Recruit, hire, train, develop (promote from within) and supervise store staff; monitor and evaluate individual job performance, to include ongoing training.
  5. Maintain adequate inventory levels using building guides, to support sales activity; update and monitor required inventory control policies including daily shift tracking.
  6. Review all vendor orders checking for proper inventory levels and insure accurate checking-in of product. Train employees in proper procedures to check in vendors.
  7. Prepare daily bank deposits, secured in safe before store is open, and taken to bank daily as well as the adherence to prescribed cash control procedures.
  8. Maintain a clean and safe store environment in accordance with company and all applicable government health requirements.
  9. Insure all employees adhere to State, Federal and local and brand concept rules and regulations, including age restrictions, labor restrictions, and sanitation and safety laws.
  10. Communicate with Management team daily and conduct monthly meeting with employees reviewing stores performance.
  11. Attend and participate in monthly district manager's meetings.
  12. Promote store using Local Store Marketing (LSM) practices.
