Insight Global Director of Contracts in Madison, Alabama
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Director of Contracts within the federal space to join their team. This candidate will oversee a smaller contract team as well as review of proposals for compliance with Government regulations and company best practices. This individual will * oversee the negotiation of third-party agreements (NDAs/Teaming Agreements/Consulting Agreements/JV Agreements) and coordinate with senior management or Legal to achieve favorable terms and conditions in accordance with company policy. As well as review contract terms and conditions and provide advice to contract staff, program managers, and leadership regarding intellectual property data rights, deliverable obligations, and strategies to reduce performance risk during program execution. This candidate will support Subcontracts team by interpreting the requirements of government Statement of Work and Prime contract terms and conditions including all flow down requirements. Other aditional task are required.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree
15 years of experience in contracts focused on federal
SharePoint experience
interpreting RFP/RFQs and providing input to proposal team
DCAA and DCMA auditor Masters or Law Degree
leading Contract Negotiations
in-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SCA, DCAA compliance
Comprehensive knowledge of the terms and conditions appropriate for different contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) and their proper use
ITAR and export licensing laws and regulations null
