Job Description
The Senior Project Manager (HVAC) will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HVAC project management, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead and mentor junior project managers. Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage HVAC projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence.
Supervise and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and project success.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, budget status, and risk assessments.
Implement and maintain HVAC controls and systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in HVAC project management.
Proven experience managing junior project managers.
Experience in the field of HVAC, including design, controls, reporting, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of renewable energy systems and their integration with HVAC systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience working in the field of HVAC.
PMP Certification is highly desirable.
Niagara 4 Certification.
Experience with HVAC design.
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and their application in HVAC systems. null
