Robert Half HR Coordinator in Macon, Georgia

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator role in the manufacturing industry based in Macon, Georgia. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for various tasks, including posting job openings, evaluating candidates, overseeing applicant tracking, conducting recruitment analysis, and providing administrative support to the HR team.


• Post internal and external job openings accurately and efficiently

• Evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure they meet company hiring standards

• Utilize LinkedIn and other job search engines for sourcing potential candidates

• Conduct recruitment activities, including at the executive level

• Oversee applicant tracking to maintain an organized and efficient recruitment process

• Conduct recruitment analysis to improve and streamline hiring processes

• Perform HR administrative duties such as preparing agendas and scheduling site visits for candidates

• Provide support on other HR department projects as needed

• Maintain confidentiality of information at all times

• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Recruitment - Sourcing Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of one year of experience in the role of HR Coordinator or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in recruitment tasks is mandatory, including executive level recruitment and sourcing.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders within the organization.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in using HR software and digital tools is preferred.

• Should have a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices within the manufacturing industry.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.

• Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred.
