Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems since 1903. We're on a mission to revolutionize the window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on a journey of learning and growth with unlimited opportunities. This part-time role is both challenging and exciting, taking you to various retail locations and events in your area. You'll have the chance to engage with hundreds of homeowners, generating leads and scheduling free in-home consultations for our sales reps.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Represent the company at local retail locations and weekend events such as tradeshows and festivals

-Engage with the public to identify home improvement needs

-Answer questions about our products

-Gather information for appointment setting purposes

Qualifications:

-Reliable Transportation (Required)

-A smartphone to use for communication

-Ability to be on your feet for 4-6 hours

-Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions

-Outgoing Personality with ability to drive a conversations

-Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required

-Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle

-Must be 18 years or older

Compensation and Benefits:

-$16/hr. plus uncapped weekly bonus

-Mileage reimbursement

-Part-time schedule (Friday - Sunday)
