Responsibilities:
A Program Coordinator typically:
- Assists in the financial management of the department programs/grants by performing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Understands university policy and procedure as well as the grant awarding agencies
- Assists in generating and submitting quarterly reports
- Monitors the university financial system to ensure payments are made correctly
- Purchases items under the supervision of the Director of Operations, reviews purchase card transactions.
- Assists in the financial analysis and projections of the department
- Manages the department equipment inventory.
Required Qualifications:
CREDENTIALS TO BE VERIFIED BY PLACEMENT OFFICER:
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Three years of experience in grant procedure and grant accounting*
*Note: Master\'s Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1 year) of work experience.
Starting Salary: \$4,206/month
