Mosaic Habilitative Coordinator/Case Manager in Macomb, Illinois

We’re looking for a Hab Coordinator to join our team! As a Habilitative Coordinator, you’ll coordinate services to help the people we serve keep, learn, or improve important daily living skills. Your responsibilities will include training staff in behavior modification techniques and to assist with developing new programs. Schedule: 9a to 5p Mon -Fri. Some evening and weekends may be required for events. Serves as back up oncall once every 5 to 7 weeks.
