GDIT is looking for a Network/Systems Administrator to support the Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) USCENTCOM J6 Information Technology Services (CITS) Program in Tampa, FL.
Job Duties:
Provide systems integration, installation, and maintenance support to the SCO offices.
Administer systems, perform testing, perform training, and provide operations and management (O&M) support for all SCO computers, voice, video, network, and communications systems.
Utilize remote communications (e.g., electronic mail, telephone, administrative and collaboration tools).
Education and/or Certifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in computer science, engineering, or a related field of study and at least 3 years of experience.
Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft OS (Windows 10/11), Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite, VMware virtual servers, Cisco networking (routers and switches).
Experience with troubleshooting and managing cryptographic encryptors (KG-175D/F) and simple key loaders (SKL).
Applicable DoD 8570 Certification.

A+, Net Required Skills:
Under minimal supervision; install, troubleshoot, repair, operate, and maintain computers, telecommunications, and network equipment to include workstations, printers, scanners, cryptographic encryptors, COMSEC key(s) maintenance and transfer, routers, switches, VoSIPs, and any other equipment within the scope of this task.
This includes all networks identified by USCENTCOM (e.g., SIPRNet, NIPRNet, CPN, etc.)
Provide remote and on-site technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of workstations, printers, scanners, cryptographic encryptors, routers, switches, etc. and other related software/hardware.
Implement fix actions and patches through various means such as registry edits and patch installation.
Maintain equipment and cable infrastructure (CAT- 5/6, fiber optics) to include installation and labeling in accordance with (IAW) USCENTCOM developed policies, standards, and procedures.
Update Standard Operating Procedures/Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (SOP/TTPs), instructions, network diagrams, inventories, regulations, COMSEC documentation, guidelines, worksheets, spreadsheets, briefings, phone rosters, points of contact rosters and checklists related to SCO. Provide updates, as required.
Provide user training and assistance on USCENTCOM equipment (within the scope of this task) to all SCO offices.
Provide on-call/on-site support for all systems/services/networks operated and maintained by the OSC Iraq team.
Monitor SCO systems and network connectivity to facilitate early detection of incidents, impending outages, or degradations.
Provide and assist SCO Support team with information on systems/equipment needed to support system life-cycle replacement planning and execution including procurement of hardware, software, and necessary supplies for the sustainment of equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate inventory data of all equipment at SCO Offices in the USCENTCOM AOR.

Clearance Requirement:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this opportunity.
Travel Requirements:
- 35% to 50% Required travel throughout USCENTCOM AOR.
The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
