As aPizza Makerat Villa Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas and ensuring consistent quality by following established recipes and cooking techniques. Your attention to detail and culinary skills will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our Guests.
What You’ll Do:
Pizza Preparation:Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
Pizza Cooking:Operate pizza ovens and related equipment to bake pizzas to perfection, ensuring proper cooking times and temperature control.
Quality Control:Maintain strict quality control to ensure that pizzas meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
Topping Arrangement:Artfully arrange pizza toppings to create visually appealing and delicious pizzas.
Food Safety:Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage, handling, and temperature monitoring.
Station Setup:Set up and organize the pizza preparation station with all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
Timing:Work efficiently to ensure that pizza orders are prepared and delivered to Guests promptly while maintaining food quality.
Cleaning and Maintenance:Keep the pizza preparation area and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Menu Knowledge:Stay informed about pizza menu items, variations, and any allergen information to assist Guests with menu choices.
Teamwork:Collaborate effectively with Team Members, including fellow pizza makers, kitchen managers, and servers, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience as a pizza maker or pizza cook is preferred.
Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, pizza sauce, and various pizza toppings.
Understanding of pizza oven operation and temperature control.
Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and a passion for creating delicious pizzas.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Standing and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment for extended periods.
Lifting and carrying pizza trays, pizza peels, and other kitchen equipment.
Bending, stooping, and reaching.
