Volpara Health Installation Engineer - Lunit, Americas (Bilingual) in Lynnwood, Washington
Purpose:
The Installation Engineer position involves extensive customer interaction and service. The Engineer will gather information, analyze, design, develop and map the client's workflow and processes as they interface and integrate multiple customer system components with Lunit products. Because the role will be working with customers in North and South America, a bilingual English & Spanish speaker is critical. Additional Portuguese language capability would be valuable.
Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales activities, through direct customer interaction, respond to requests for technical information, including Volpara and Lunit's approaches to information security and privacy in addition to the technical implementation.
- Actively manage the system design
- Process and install the Lunit INSIGHT system
- Configure the system in the client's computer environment
- Develop the interface and integration components
- Perform functional and end-to-end workflow process testing
- Monitor the data conversions from competitor systems into Lunit software
- Monitor the data conversion from legacy systems to new systems
- Support the customer onboarding process by being responsible for installing, monitoring and updating on-premises systems, including training onsite IT staff as required by the customer
Work directly with customers, our Customer Success Team and Software Engineering Team to resolve customer impacting issues
