Responsibilities
Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
Support, installation, rebuilding, and maintenance of all production equipment
such as conveyor systems, gear boxes and motors.
Perform routine maintenance per a set schedule as well as respond to
unscheduled repairs in a safe and timely manner.
Complete simple fabrication of machine parts as required, and requisition repair
parts as needed.
Maintaining all equipment, tools, supplies in stock, inventories, and logs.
Work closely with the maintenance and production personnel on repairs.
Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsible for food product quality and safety.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 7 hours at one time
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
