You are:
Completed high education;
Experienced in Recruitment (1+ years);
Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools;
A great comunicator, team player and able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;
Able to work under pressure;
Learning agility and analytical skills;
Confident in English on Upper-Intermediate level
With you we will:
Source and select candidates for tech & non-tech positions
Establish a strong cooperation with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner with the highest quality;
Create pool of candidates to ensure the execution of recruitment strategy;
Coordinate the cooperation with the recruitment agencies;
Conduct Trainings for Employees and people managers on the recruitment-related matters;
Participate in Employer Branding events and initiatives;
