*You are: *
An experienced professional in Innovation or Operations, specifically on the management of Raw Materials, Finished Products, Formulation and Compliance
Having Business experience (FMCG Product development, Nutrition, Regulatory)
Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
Having system knowledge (SAP related)
A great communicator and a team player
Having Project Management and Change Management experience
Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level
*With you we will: *
Provide support globally on raw material specification management, recipe and formulation management and on optimization management.
Support relevant data management processes for raw material specification (collection, cleansing, …) to ensure flowless formulation and optimization.
Provide and leverage strong knowledge and guidance on formulation & optimization management and corresponding tools to ensure optimal performance.
Gather and consolidate Optimization use cases, help the product team identify potential improvements, help the community adopting best practices, foster the adoption of the tool.
Support the implementation strategy for corporate initiatives related to optimization, such as portfolio harmonization or cost reduction projects
