Amazon Sr Program Manager, UK and EU Product Insurance in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Product Insurance team as a Senior Program Manager, to help us to drive growth across UK and Europe.

Role can be based in UK and Luxembourg.

Key job responsibilities

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

  • Work alongside the General Manager – PI to drive the growth strategy in the UK and Europe. Identify and coordinate opportunity for growth across all levers: tech, business, marketing, selection, etc. Our ambition is to triple the business within 3 years.

  • Design and coordinate delivery plans across the tech, marketing and sales plans, with the Sr Product Mangers and Sr Business Development Managers so they are delivered in sync. Manage escalation with senior leaders when required.

  • Align with compliance and legal teams to ensure our growth plan evolves in line with new regulations in UK and EU.

  • This is a high visibility position with big scope for creativity, self-development and opportunity to operate in a multi-faceted and ambiguous environment.

About the team

Amazon Product insurance is a young and dynamic program in Europe, present in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain. Along with internal and external partners, we are re-defining the warranties and product insurance experience, disrupting the way traditional product insurance services are acquired and delivered and creating a new portfolio of services.

We have ambitious plans to significantly grow operations in our current markets and create new, innovative products that will provide excellent customer experience and satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product, project management and /or business development

  • Experience operating in cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully deliver growth

  • Knowledge of SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders across geographies and business units

  • Another language a plus
