Amazon is seeking an exceptionally talented, innovative, extremely hands-on, customer-obsessed HR Business Partner with a passion for establishing first-class HR strategies to join our highly professional People eXperience & Technology team supporting the Global Procurement Organization.
Key job responsibilities
This role will support, in collaboration with a Senior HR Business Partner the Corporate Operations and FC Support Function teams across Europe, comprising several hundred people; responsible for all aspects of the PXT service to their clients. Ensuring outstanding customer focus by delivering value-add, best in class PXT support to internal customer groups across multiple geographies:
• Own and manage the relationships with client group Sr Managers and Managers.
• Participate in the delivery of the strategic PXT plan for each business supported, ensuring consistency with EU and global PXT goals.
• Act as a consultant to your client groups and provide input and guidelines on PXT global and local practices.
• Coach, train and guide managers during the Talent Management and Annual Compensation Planning processes. Develop toolkit and communications that help managers to prepare for Talent Reviews
• Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.
• Support and develop line managers in driving a performance culture through coaching, facilitating talent assessments and succession planning meetings.
• Provide expert input to your client groups as well as the PXT team in terms of employment legislation, policies and local practices.
• Support managers and employees in identifying training opportunities to further develop functional and managerial skills
• Conduct investigations and manage ER cases, in coordination with the Employee Relations and with the Legal departments
• Analyze data and observations across the organization, highlighting trends and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field
• Maximum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, however not compulsory
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
• Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English, any additional languages are considered a plus
• Drives recommendations and prioritization. Looks to a lead or manager to put decisions into a broader business context.
• Project management and execution skills.
• Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
• Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team & business
Preferred Qualifications

• Coaching and consulting skills
