Amazon EU ReLo Senior Program Manager, EU ReLo Quality in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

As a member of the EU Reverse Logistics Operations (ReLo Ops) Quality team, the Program Manager drives ReLo Quality which includes the dimensions of Customer Experience, Asset Recovery, Process Standardization and Error Rates.

EU ReLo Ops run 20+ Customer Return operations across EU. The Program Manager fills the Subject Matter Expert role for some of the crucial processes, product segments, and metric tools. He/she initiates and manages cross-functional, cross-departmental and international projects and improvement programs. The Program Manager independently analyzes KPI performance and processes, identifies opportunities for process improvement or defect elimination, and achieves process optimization and new process definition - for specific product segments, or overall. He/she creates new metric tools, pilots them with Operations, and rolls them out across all EU Return Centers. ReLo Ops key metric tools cover all ReLo KPIs on EU level and operational level (Return Center and below).

The role will include 20-30% of business travel, mostly across EU.

LUX or EU ReLo sites

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

  • Experience in program or project management

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams

  • Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience in Reverse Logistics Operations
