Kforce Office Manager in Lutz, Florida

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Office Manager in Lutz, FL.Responsibilities: * Office Manager will serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping * Serve as the point person managing bookkeeping activities, job costing, and general flow of accounting information through our systems * Work through monthly financial reporting for all projects * As an Office Manager, you will organize office operations and procedures * Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment * Assist with billings and invoicing on all projects * Manage Accounts Payable process * Office Managers manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease * Manage office General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting * Provide general support to visitors * Assist in the onboarding process for new hires * Office Managers liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services * Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences * Bachelor's degree required * Proven experience as an Office manager or Bookkeeper required * Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles * Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures * Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) * Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work * Proficiency with QuickBooks preferred Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
