Constellation Technical Support Coordinator in LUSBY, Maryland

Expected salary range of $73,800 to $82,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Manage administrative functions within Work Management. These administrative functions which include the CAP program, change management initiatives, performance indicators, self-assessments, and department training program require a detailed knowledge of the technical issues within the department.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage the Corrective Action Program for the department, which includes the review of all reports for quality and department participation in the process.

  • Manage report and track the following: performance indicators, self-assessments, and procedure changes.

  • Disposition PM change requests

  • Department Training Program Coordinator.

  • Participates in quarterly CRC meetings.

  • Change Management Coordinator for the department which ensures procedural compliance and quality plans for new initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years Nuclear Plant Floor Experience or related experience with exposure to CAP and Event Review processes OR

  • Associates degree with 3 years directly applicable experience
