As a Infrastructure Engineering Manager Sr within PNC's Enterprise Technology, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

The Enterprise Fraud Technology team delivers a best-in-class enterprise service that will facilitate the detection, prevention, and resolution of fraudulent activities within money movement, non-money movement, and account opening applications.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of new capabilities and features within the Actimize Application, primarily focusing in the AML and Financial Crimes space

• Collaborates with various product owners and platform architecture to ensure capabilities support the intended business value and meets the governance and best practices of the platform.

• Lead delivery execution across all process areas to ensure product configuration is optimized, business processes are efficient and IT delivery is well managed.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading technology platforms, applications and managing technology portfolios.

• Familiarity with open-source tools and agile development environments

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide direction, delegate assignments and support team members.

• Experience with Actimize highly preferred

• Experience with Actimize STAR, SAM, and / or CTR modules preferred.

Job Description:

• Delivers products/services in alignment with business needs, objectives, and priorities.

• Contributes to infrastructure planning, development strategies/initiatives and product lifecycle/service orientation; determines current and future enterprise needs.

• Contributes to stable and secure environment, incident management, product health/patching, and the asset management lifecycle.

• May communicate with vendors, suppliers, and executive management to ensure availability of the application and support.

• Implements best practices for technology architecture and management.

• Directs, motivates, develops, and oversees the performance of a technical team.

Job Description

  • Manages the research, strategic development, and implementation of platform architecture. Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions.

  • Contributes to strategy development for platform engineering that aligns with business strategies, processes and needs.

  • Implements best practices, standards, engineering approaches and complex technical resolutions for processes.

  • Oversees quality improvement efforts; ensures that deliverables are secure, scalable and reliable through estimation and correction.

  • Manages platform engineering and technical resources; uses these to deliver high quality programs to meet business requirements.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
