Sam's Club Supply Chain is looking for top talent to join the organization. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager, Supply Chain to join our team!

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the entire maintenance operations within the supply chain division of e-Club fulfillment centers.

  • Establish, implement, and monitor maintenance processes and systems. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and determine action to resolve.

  • Ensure maintenance department daily operations are performed properly by monitoring and driving department performance related to maintaining warehouse equipment. For example, material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors, general building repairs.

  • Monitor and ensure associate compliance with state and federal regulations i.e. OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT, etc. relating to maintenance operations.

  • Drive the business plan to achieve facility goals by implementing operational improvements, monitoring and tracking asset utilization as well as expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within a supply chain environment.

  • Tenured leadership experience working with multiple stakeholders at various sites

  • Adherence to programs/system and processes.

  • 5s and lean manufacturing experience helpful

  • Proficiency in supply chain software (previous CMMS experience a plus).

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
