Volsung Automotive Restoration Paint and Body Technician in Lowell, Ohio
We are looking to hire a full-time Paint and Body Technician. Experience is a must along with a strong work ethic and a passion for bringing cars and trucks back to life. Offering competitive pay, incentives, and insurance. Looking to hire immediately. Must know how to weld, prep, paint, tape and must be able to paint a panel from start to finish.
Job duties include:
- Remove exterior trim and hardware
- Remove sub-coating
- Repair and shape body panels
- Match colors and mix paints
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting by sanding and masking
- Apply primers, primer surfacers, clearcoats and urethanes
- Clean and polish painted surfaces, including removing and replacing decals
- Apply undercoating treatments
