Board Certified Behavior Analyst
$5k-10k New Hire Bonus
Compensation includes base salary based on years of licensure and monthly or quarterly bonuses depending on location.

Here you’ll be part of a team of care providers all working together to implement the plans you’ve laid out.
We have centered-based positions open in West Boylston and Beverly and home and community-based positions open in Brockton, Framingham, Fall River, Lowell, Lawrence, Leominster and Worcester.
Depending on location our positions include:
Part-time or full-time positions
$5000-$10,000 sign-on bonus depending on location
Monthly or Quarterly productivity bonuses depending on location
Flexible Scheduling

Job Duties:
Work with the individuals we serve and staff to observe, identify, analyze, and document a range of behavior challenges.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments.
Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans.
Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
LABA License required
BCBA Certification required
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
