A Vulnerability Analyst at Arvest is integral in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities that can lead to a disruption of services. They identify, validate, and risk-rank vulnerabilities and create remediation plans to protect against ongoing threats. A Vulnerability Analyst deeply understands threats and vulnerabilities and how they can impact the reliability and availability of services. They will directly and immediately impact the security of customer-facing solutions.

? Cleanse and normalize data and look for trends and patterns across various vulnerability data collections.

Conduct vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential security risks associated with vulnerabilities.

Catalog vulnerabilities and their potential resolutions into a backlog management system (Jira).

Collaborate with technical engineering teams to communicate the backlog of work and help them understand potential resolutions.

Coordinate agreed-upon remediation plans, including timelines, with responsible stakeholders and required resources.

Partner with the vulnerability management team to create dashboards and evaluate metrics.

Serve as a technical point of contact regarding mitigation of vulnerabilities.

Work with system administrators and developers to address and remediate identified vulnerabilities.

Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and recommend new or updated security controls.

Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.\
