Department: MCR Pharmacy
FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Nights
Pay: $50.76 - $76.14 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.

Clinical Pharmacist:
Ensure medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices
Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions
Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education
Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes
