Responsible for orchestrating flows within local supply chain in adherence with customer requests and stand leadtime agreements, by following production schedules which meet company punctuality/customer satisfaction targets while optimizing inventory and local supply chain’s efficiency.

Additionally, the “HyperCare SPOC” plays a key role in responding to and resolving issues (raw material delay/stock issue)… in collaboration with local teams to meet customer requirements and drive the service in aim of maximizing the service, costs, cash and trade offs.

Your Key Responsibilities

Hyper Care SPOC:

  • Establish and update the hypercare process documentation as well as the list of hypercare products.

  • Set up the necessary training related to this subject.

  • Optimize the supply chain processes for key customers in order to reach OTIF and CCP 1st. Participate in the various meetings when necessary.

  • Ensure that the SO is correctly fillled and alert CX if any deviation/error.

  • Update and conduct the hypercare daily monitoring meeting with the various partners (QC, production and planning) in order to monitor and ensure adherence to deliver the OTIF (actions plan follow-up).

  • Bring samples (co-ship & pre-ship) to Sampling team with the documents and ensure that the samples are sent according to the defined adherence.

  • Ensure reporting and highlight any deviation to management.

  • Share information with different stakeholders to ensure good communication on the hypercare topic.

  • Produce an appropriate report on hypercare every quarter to present current performance and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support or lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for identified deviations and participate in the follow-up action plan.

  • Coordinate and participate in the investigation of customer NCs.

  • Conduct audits related to hypercare and submit associated action plans.

Capacity planner:

  • Create process orders or ZFRO orders to ensure on time in full delivery for customers in accordance with the required batch size, available capacity and raw materials.

  • Release plan orders and monitor Process Orders – monitor priorities through the whole supply chain to satisfy client’s requests.

  • Review of order status with supply chain stakeholders (production, QC, internal logistics,…)

  • Confirm and ensure a proper follow-up of customer orders until departure – including exploring option to expedite the order sooner if possible & requested by customer

  • Proactively inform customer experience teams if any issues on orders – be the single point of contact for Customer Experience regarding status and timing on open sales orders – voice of the plan – be the voice of the plant by consolidating information from the whole local supply chain and external partners and sharing on single message to our clients ; being the FIRBELL representative to safeguard the reputation of the company.

  • Partner with the production team to check planning adherence.

  • Bachelor's degree in SCM; Business Adminstration or similiar.

  • Min 1-2 years of working experineces.

  • Good at Ms Office tools and SAP is a plus.
