Continental is looking for an IT Project Lead Data Management to join an international and innovative environment.
Together with our business stakeholders and developers in the IT team, you will be dedicated to build and enhance existing and future data warehousing applications within Continental Tires.
In your new role, you will coordinate project activities to obtain data from various sources, define data processing & storage rules and visualizations.
Main Responsibilities:
Closely collaborate with IT team members based in Germany and Portugal drive continuous development and enhancement of our solutions;
Collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure alignment on roadmaps, plannings and implementations;
Take an active role in our SAFe development process landscape;
Lead the requirements engineering process by ensuring proper alignment and communication among stakeholders;
Ensure timely delivery of committed work packages;
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with group sector policies and standards.
University degree in Computer Science, IT or related field;
3 years of experience in software or IT project management;
5 years working experience in the IT industry (desirable);
Excellent presentation skills, including in front of large audiences;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Strong motivation to foster timely project delivery and openly communicate impediments;
Experience in working in diverse teams on a global level and in a matrix organization;
Proficient English language skills (verbal; written);
Experience with Agile methodologies.
