Anywhere Real Estate Sr Analyst People Analytics in Louisville, Kentucky

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with functional partners to understand data needs and translate requirements into tailored analytics solutions that exceed expectations

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using tools such as Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) or similar

  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to build comprehensive datasets

  • Create compelling data visualizations using tools like PowerBI, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence or similar

  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, using tools like Alteryx, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence or similar

  • Support the evolution of ‘how we work’ through the development of a holistic HR data glossary, maintaining an effective product inventory and working with stakeholders to understand available tools and resources

  • Continue to enhance HRs data fluency by empowering stakeholders to interact and self-solve with their data. Upskill and enable HR employees through the creation of intuitive products and hands-on support

  • Identify data issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them in a scalable way

  • Present analyses and relevant trends in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business

  • Consult with HR Leaders and lead ad-hoc data and analysis requests that support HR initiatives. Cleary communicate insights through powerful stories that inform and influence key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR analytics or analytical consulting

  • Knowledge in business intelligence, infrastructure, data engineering, data analytics, or a related subject

  • Knowledge of HR systems, ETL methods and working with databases

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Microsoft PowerBI or similar) and data automation tools (Alteryx or similar)

  • Experience with Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) or similar reporting tools

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights and identify key trends
