Are you passionate about materials management and supply chain excellence? Do you have a knack for leading teams and driving process improvements? We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Material Planning, to manage and optimize inventory levels, support key operations, and lead critical material flow initiatives for our Dishwasher product line. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on developing long-term solutions and improving material management processes.

How You'll Create Possibilities

· Lead daily inventory coverage reviews to ensure sustainable operations.

· Identify potential production gaps and develop creative solutions to keep things running smoothly.

· Analyze and approve expedited shipments, ensuring timely part availability.

· Train and mentor plant/materials personnel on best practices in materials management.

· Oversee work transfers and new product introductions, leading efforts to balance inventory.

· Spearhead projects that reduce inventory in progress (RIP) and meet Hoshin objectives.

· Evaluate the supply chain to resolve component shortages and shipment delays.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs.

· Drive continuous improvements in material availability, supplier response times, and transportation planning.

· Manage transportation and logistics costs while improving productivity.

· Support product launches by tracking new components for model introductions and block changes.

· Work closely with the quality team to ensure proper inventory coverage and manage rejected parts.

· Lead safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements while promoting site environmental compliance.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: BS/BA or equivalent.

  • Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in materials or supply chain management.

  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to success.

  • Expertise in Lean tools and processes, with hands-on Lean experience.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

  • Experience in organizational change management and promoting a collaborative, problem-solving culture.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Green Belt Six Sigma Certification

  • Experience with Oracle systems

  • Outstanding negotiation skills

  • A bold, innovative mindset with the courage to challenge the status quo.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing shop environment.

  • A results-driven approach with a passion for energizing and inspiring teams to exceed their potential.
