Senior Engineer, Industrial Networking & Cybersecurity

How You'll Create Possibilities
Lead the design and integration of cyber-physical systems, controls, robotics, and quality verification equipment.
Drive secure system deployments within manufacturing facilities while championing cybersecurity best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, EHS, Digital Technology (DT), Product Design, and Quality.
Stay on top of industry trends, particularly in factory network design and cybersecurity, to continually enhance our ecosystem.
Evaluate solutions from various vendors, focusing on feasibility, scalability, and security.
Mentor operational personnel on cybersecurity policies and strategies to mitigate risks.
Develop and refine security standards tailored for our manufacturing networks.
Conduct regular audits to assess compliance, mitigate risks, and enhance factory resilience.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Requirements:
Educational Background : Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, or a related field.
Experience : 5+ years in network design and administration, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.
Technical Skills :
Expertise in fieldbus network architectures and protocols, like Ethernet/IP and PROFINET.
In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA.
Hands-on experience deploying and configuring network security tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation.
Familiarity with industry cybersecurity standards and regulations.
Soft Skills :
Proven project planning and tracking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to convey complex concepts to cross-functional teams and report progress effectively.
Proven leadership in cross-functional projects, with a strategic, company-first decision-making approach.
