Senior Business Systems Analyst

How You'll Create Possibilities

Provide strategic direction regarding Digital Technology (DT) capabilities to support business operations. Define and map existing and new DT capabilities. Orchestrate architecture execution and feature development with other DT teams. Execute and maintain the Value Chain Planning DT roadmap. Track and manage the improvement of core fulfillment DT metrics that align with strategic objectives. Act as DT owner for Value Chain Planning systems, technologies, and digital processes. Identify and assess potential for new technologies to drive business process improvements, digital interactions, and insights and intelligence for business decision making. Oversee and prepare process documentation artifacts, including process flow diagrams, data modeling, and intelligence algorithms. Partner with fulfillment teams to identify, document, and prioritize new requirements. Oversee feature development and communicate updates to stakeholders. Oversee system launches. Analyze and communicate to business requirements related to stability, reliability, performance, speed, flexibility, and capacity to the development team. Drive compliance with industry requirements or best practices, including PCI compliance and PII data protection.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Electronic(s) Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in a related occupation.

  • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role leading IT projects in Oracle Applications, including Oracle EBS, ERP, VCP, Demantra, and ASCP;

  • 5 years of experience with project management software, including Jira, Trello, SmartSheets, Asana, or Microsoft Project;

  • 5 years of experience with development methodologies, including requirements analysis, object oriented analysis, process and data modeling, logical and physical system design, or test-driven design;

  • 3 years of experience with project and sprint planning, requirements documentation, traceability matrix, scrum leadership, metric tracking, risk analysis, and launch planning; and

  • 2 years of experience with Mulesoft or Oracle SOA.

Telecommuting may be permitted. When not telecommuting, must report/appear into/at 4000 Buechel Bank Road, Louisville, KY 40225.
