Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Agile Coach for a prominent client in the payer/health insurance industry. This role focuses on the Medicaid line of business, supporting ongoing growth and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for coaching, onboarding, and facilitating change across various enterprise teams. A flexible approach and a curious mindset are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you will help create and define a playbook for repeatable processes within Medicaid. You will collaborate with three other professionals to implement and coach change within this line of business.
This is a contract position ranging from $60-$76.

Skills and Requirements
7+ Years of experience as an Agile Coach
Skills: Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills. Ability to drive cultural change and promote continuous improvement.
Experience in an enterprise environment Medicaid Experience
Certifications: CSM, CSPO, SAFe, SPC
Organizational psychology background null
