A, B, and C Crew Rotating Shifts - This is a swing shift position rotating every 3 months between A, B, and C crew with specific working hours for each crew.
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Production Process Coach to supervise UAW employees across various plant areas. The role involves managing 50-90 employees, overseeing daily tasks, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment and must be adaptable to flexible hours and shift rotations.
Hard Skills
Experience supervising within a union environment
Automotive experience, preferably in logistics
Bachelor's degree
Basic computer literacy, specifically with Excel
Soft Skills
Previous supervision experience
Ability to make quick decisions
Accountability
Adaptability to rotating shifts
Work Environment
This position requires flexibility with hours as some weeks may involve 60-70 hours of work. The environment is very fast-paced. Dress code is business casual with polo/golf shirts appropriate. This is a swing shift position rotating every 3 months between A, B, and C crew with specific working hours for each crew.
