Insight Global Product Development Engineer in Louisville, Kentucky
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Development Engineer for a 6-month contract likely to be extended in joining one of the biggest, innovative truck plants in the world. The pay rate for this position is 30-40/hr. This individual will be designated to a particular body subsectors of the vehicle. They will be responsible for reviewing warranty claims, doing root cause analysis, and writing reports for predictive analysis. Process issues troubleshooting. speaking with the dealership, replacing parts, and cost analysis should be expected as well. This individual should expect to spend 30% of their day at their desk and the other 70% on the plant floor hands on.

Skills and Requirements
Engineering Degree (mechanical preferred)
2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing/production/industrial setting
Experience having worked as a supplier quality, quality improvement, product development, or similar.
Warranty claims experience
CAD software experience Automotive experience
MS Office Suite
Siemens experience
Data analysis experience null
